Investors 
 
The Windsor Link Railway aims to be entirely privately funded.  This will be by a consortium of private sector investors, including property developers, venture capital investors and national banks.
 
This advantage of private finance means that it can be constructed more quickly and not put additional pressure on UK taxpayers, especially in the current financial climate.
 
The company is a development company, investing in rail and associated property.  It does not currently envisage operating trains or other customer facing businesses itself.
 
We are actively looking to complete our consortium.  If you are interested in being an investor, please get in touch. The minimum investment is £50 million with a projected IRR of 24%.
