Meet the new members of the WLR team.
Richard Wickerson, who has helped the project for over three years now becomes our Corporate Development Director. He has great experience with structuring the finance of rail projects and continues to be invaluable to WLR.
Paul Bayly also joins us having recently arrived from New Zealand. Also with a great deal of experience in the funding of infrastructure projects and his expertise will be particularly useful as we add more detail to the business case and financial forecasts.
Once the financial shape of the project is agreed with stakeholders we expect to appoint more staff with relevant rail and property and project management experience. If you’re interested in being involved, please get in touch.
