New Civil Engineer features WLR ‘Market-Led Proposal’

The Windsor Link Railway has been featured in New Civil Engineer magazine. WLR is responding to the government's call for Market-Led Proposals and submitting a bid by the deadline of 31 July 2018. This will cut the cost of links to Heathrow by half and be self-funded, reducing ticket prices as well as making non-Heathrow journeys easier. Article PDF
